Printer issue while printing envelopes (RICOH Aficio MP 201spf printer)

Check Envelope Size/ Settings (different sizes/ makes have different default settings)

Check position of envelope in the printer tray.

Check using Printer Specific Driver instead of generic driver (as per bbigford above)
